CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT INTERN

The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that must be adhered to with Plant Studio Landscape by the employee.

Deliverables and accountabilities:
The Construction Management Intern supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of complex landscape construction projects involving multiple trades. This role bridges the office and the field, helping ensure projects are organized, communicated clearly, and executed efficiently in alignment with Plant Studio Landscape’s values.

Compensation:
As an intern, you will be paid $18/hr, on a weekly basis. The pay period encompasses the previous week from Monday-Sunday. Payment deposits are guaranteed by the following Friday, but typically issued the following Thursday of each week. Pay stubs are not distributed, but are available upon request with 24 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will not be issued outside of those hours.
Hours of Work
It is expected that you arrive at 6:45am and leave at 3:45 pm with a 1hr lunch, Monday-Friday. It may be required that you work weekends for things such as home shows, conferences, or other events. Hours worked for weekend home shows can be substituted in the previous or following work week.
