2026 EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
Senior Foreman
Effective: January 1, 2026
The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that must be adhered to by the Senior Foreman employed with Plant Studio Landscape.

Deliverables and Accountabilities
The Senior Foreman is the highest field-leadership role. While you work alongside the Project Manager on scheduling and logistics, your primary focus is Field Excellence—ensuring every crew meets the “Plant Studio Standard” through technical oversight and mentorship.

Compensation:
As a landscape technician, you will be paid $26/hr, on a weekly basis. The pay period encompasses the previous week from Monday-Sunday. Payment deposits are guaranteed by the following Friday, but typically issued the following Thursday of each week. Pay stubs are not distributed, but are available upon request with 24 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will not be issued outside of those hours.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 7 am – 5 pm. It is expected that you arrive at the shop 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time each day. Full time is assumed but not guaranteed. Occasionally overtime and Saturdays will be required.
