Executive Assistant

The following agreement stipulates the terms of employment that must be adhered to by the executive assistant employed with Plant Studio Landscape.

Deliverables and accountabilities:
The virtual assistant is a key part of the fulfillment of the promises we make to our customers. The company’s brand and customer experience rely on the proper execution of the responsibilities of this role. The areas of accountability are as follows:
Deliverables
- Administrative Support & Communication
- Scheduling & Customer Management
- Marketing Production Support
- Systems, SOP’s, & Organization
Compensation:
You will be paid $9/hr, on a weekly basis. The pay period encompasses the previous week from Monday-Sunday. Payment deposits are guaranteed by the following Friday, but typically issued the following Thursday of each week. Pay stubs are not distributed, but are available upon request with 24 hours, Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will not be issued outside of those hours.
Hours of Work
It is expected that you begin at 7am and end at 4pm with a 1hr lunch, Monday-Friday.
