You Want A Quote That Means Something
Maybe you have asked for a quote from a different company and gotten a number back in an email two weeks later, with no walk of the property and no real conversation. Maybe you have been pushed into a contract before you had time to think. Maybe you just want someone to come look at the yard, listen to what you are picturing, and tell you honestly what the work is going to cost. Either way, what you want is plain. A real conversation. A real walk. A real quote. That is how we do this.
How To Start The Conversation
There are two ways to start with Plant Studio Landscape. You can call, or you can email. Both reach a real person at the office on the east side of Muncie. Josh Perkins, our Landscape Architect, takes the design calls. Patty Castillo, our Office Manager, takes the scheduling calls. Whichever side your question lands on, it gets a same-day answer in business hours.
The office sits on East Centennial Avenue, a short drive from the White River. If you would rather come in and talk it through in person, that works too. Bring photos of the property if you have them. We will pull out a notepad and start with the project you have in mind.

What Happens After You Reach Out
We get back to you the same day, usually within a few hours of the call or the email. The first conversation is short. We want to hear what you are thinking about, in your own words. Patio, planting, full landscape, drainage problem, pool surround, lawn that has gotten away from you. Whatever it is, we want to hear it before we look at it.
From there, we set a time to walk the property. The walk is the part that matters. We look at the yard, listen to what you want, and ask the questions that have to get asked before any honest price can be written down. After the walk, you get a written proposal. The proposal lays out the scope, the materials, the timeline, and the number. If you want to move forward, we schedule the work. If you want to think about it, you think about it. Nobody from our office will call you twelve times.
And when you do move forward, the same people stay with you. Plant Studio designs and builds with its own in-house crews, so there is no general contractor in the middle and no subcontractor to chase. One team owns the result from the first sketch to the final walk, a project manager keeps you updated every week, and if anything ever needs attention, even years later, you call us and we answer. When Josh says he stands behind the work, he means the company stands behind all of it, including a subcontractor’s part on the rare job that needs one.

Two Ways To Start
Email Us
Replied to same day. Include a few sentences about the project and the property address.
What To Include When You Reach Out
- Your name and the best phone number to reach you
- The property address, or at least the neighborhood
- A few sentences about what you are picturing or the problem you are trying to solve
- Any rough timing in mind, if you have one
- Photos of the property if you have them handy
No formatting tricks needed. Plain text is best. The more the conversation feels like a conversation, the faster we can be useful.
Built For Indiana, And For This Side Of It
We work the Muncie area first. From there, the I-69 corridor north toward Yorktown, Daleville, and into the north Indianapolis suburbs. South through Anderson and Pendleton. East toward Hartford City. If your property is inside that band, we are a quick drive. If you are farther out, get in touch anyway. We have crews that travel for the right project, and we will tell you honestly whether a job makes sense from where we sit. The point of being a local company is that the drive is short and the follow-up is honest.

After You Reach Out
We picture a world where every property gets a real walk before any number gets quoted. That is the kind of company we are trying to be, and it starts the moment you call or send the email. Whatever brought you to this page, we will take it seriously.
Talk soon.
